Our prices are per apartment and per night for the specified number of people, excluding local tax and excluding final cleaning. The local tax of €3.50 per person/night will be charged separately. Children and young people under the age of 15 do not pay local tax.

• 3 Monate bis 1 Monat vor Anreise: 40% des gebuchten Aufenthaltes
• ab 1 Monat bis 1 Woche vor Anreise: 70% des gebuchten Aufenthaltes
• an der letzten Woche vor Anreise: 90% des gebuchten Aufenthaltes
